Where does Bondi Wash ship?

Bondi Wash currently ships within Australia only. For shipping within Europe, please visit bondiwash.eu and for shipping within China and Hong Kong, please visit cn.bondiwash.com

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $10 per order and free for orders over $80. All orders are sent via Startrack express from our Melbourne warehouse. Express shipping is currently not available however our shipping times are generally very quick to major capital cities. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.  Please ensure the correct box is checked if you require a signature on delivery.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day). Please specify if you would like a signature on delivery by checking the appropriate box.  Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order - delivery times have not been currently affected by COVID-19.  Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer.  Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.  We cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels once they leave our warehouse.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  All payments are secure.

Are your products flammable?

All products in the Bondi Wash range are not flammable, with the exception of the 100% essential oils.

Are you products safe for airline travel?

Yes, our products are not flammable (other than the pure essential oils) and not aerosol.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?

Currently no gift packaging can be arranged until our stores reopen.  Apologies.

Ordinarily if gift packaging is required, we can package your order in one of our black boxes (if it is less than 3 500ml bottles in size) and a handwritten note can be added. Please email us ([email protected]) as soon as your order is placed with any special details and we will do our best to accommodate.  Note these deliveries with special requests will be packed and sent from our retail store - not the warehouse - so packing and shipping times may be different.

What happens if I need my delivery urgently? 

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.

What if I would like a refund? 

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason.  Please send the products to 76 Gould St, Bondi, NSW, 2026 and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping costs.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders).

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please send the products to 76 Gould St, Bondi, NSW, 2026 and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
